We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and warranty claims work at PC Tires.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return unmounted, uninstalled tires and wheels within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:

  2. We'll confirm the return and provide return instructions within 1 business day
  3. Ship the items back (you pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect)
  4. Once received and inspected, refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

All new tires and wheels are covered by their original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and typically includes:

5. Installation & Workmanship Warranty

PC Tires guarantees its installation workmanship. If you experience an issue related to how we mounted, balanced, or installed your tires or wheels — including improper torque, balance issues, or TPMS sensor damage caused by our installation — return to our Chatham-Kent shop within 30 days and we'll correct it at no charge.

Important: The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by potholes, curb strikes, road hazards, under-inflation, misalignment from worn suspension components, or normal wear.

6. Defective on Arrival

If your tire or wheel arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Take photos of the packaging and the product before unboxing further if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has been dispatched from our supplier, it must follow the standard return process above.

9. Your Rights Under Ontario Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, which provides protections including remedies for unfair business practices and false representations. Nothing in this return policy limits those statutory rights.
