Every tire and wheel order from PC Tires ships free. This page explains how orders get from our distributor to your vehicle.
All online orders ship free of charge from our distributor directly to our shop at 7144 Grande River Line, Pain Court, Ontario. There are no shipping fees, fuel surcharges, or handling charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
If you booked an installation appointment during checkout, your tires or wheels will be at the shop and ready before your appointment. We’ll contact you if there’s any delay that affects your booking.

Most in-stock items arrive at our shop within 1–3 business days of your order. Timing can vary with distributor stock location, weather, and carrier volume — especially during the spring and fall changeover rush. If an item is backordered or delayed, we’ll contact you right away with options.
Prefer to pick up your order without installation? No problem — select your order at checkout and skip the installation booking, or call us at 519-397-4686 to arrange pickup. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready. Pickup is always free.
We offer local delivery of tires and wheels within Chatham-Kent (Chatham, Pain Court, Wallaceburg, and surrounding areas — postal codes N7L, N7M, N0P, and N8A) for a flat $25. Call 519-397-4686 after placing your order to arrange it.
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. If you have questions about your order status at any time, call 519-397-4686 or email us with your order number — we check distributor tracking daily and will give you a straight answer.
If anything arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, contact us within 72 hours of being notified your order arrived. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See our Returns & Warranty policy for full details.
